Hi, I am Xiao Wu (吴箫). I am a second-year master student in Computer Science at ETH Zurich. Before that, I got my B.S. from Peking University, China, advised by Prof. Jiaying Liu. I come from Huzhou, a small town in China.
My working experience lies mainly in the field of computer vision. I focused on video quality enhancement as an intern for Alibaba Group. Before that, I worked on the analysis of human action video with multiple modalities, including a project on action recognition for event camera and a project on skeleton-based action recognition.
In my leisure time, I cook, read fantasy fictions and play classical guitar. I enjoy playing video games, as well as developing them. Recently, I developed a 2D Platform Game Looking Grimm with my friends, featuring a simple physics engine, puzzle-solving, retro pixel art style, and a really cute goat.
